3. Kerala State Dental Council Registration

4. Degree Certificate
II. Receipt of Money Order |
When notified from the college, applicants have to
report in person to the college office with:

II. Rs.500/- per month (Rs.1500/- for Voluntary Training
& Rs.3000/- for Senior House Surgeoncy).
III. Recent Passport size photograph - 1 |
Applications are accepted for training in the department of Oral
& Maxillofacial Surgery only
Applicants should compulsorily have Kerala
State Dental Council Registration.
Applications will be reviewed by the concerned Head of
the Department & Principal. Incomplete applications will be rejected & amount paid
will not be refundable. |
